In my work as a teacher, a dance-maker, and a Feldenkrais Method practitioner, I'm devoted to taking a closer look; looking outward we can connect, exchange, and provoke change, looking inward we can develop greater wisdom, clarity, and peace. A driving force in all my work is to consciously negotiate the relationship between inner and outer, personal and public- to pursue insights that create inner wisdom, insights that give us the clarity we need to provoke and stir action "out there."
I look forward to working with you to create spaces for art, for learning, and for dynamic exchange.
